Placing an Order
 
When placing an order with us you will notice that we do not have any other fees such as yearly or monthly fees. You only pay for the cigarettes you are purchasing right now and any shipping cost, there is nothing more to pay. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase cigarettes through our site.
 
How can I check my order statues?
 
Once you have placed your order you will be sent an email to confirm your order. In this email will be an order number that you will need if for some reason you need to change your order or your order does not arrive on time. Please have this number handy when you contact us for faster service.
 
Payment Information
 
When viewing our store you will notice that all prices are given in U.S. dollar amounts. Our store accepts payments made by either credit card or check.
 
How can I pay by check?
 
If you have chosen to pay by check you will need to follow a few simple steps to complete your purchase online.
 
Get your checkbook and have the next available check handy. Input all the information on your check into the last checkout form such as the check number, account number and routing number. Press the submit button on the page and wait for a confirmation screen to appear. Your order is now complete. Write void on your check and keep it along with your printed receipt. Your purchase will appear on your monthly bank statement. 
It’s that simple and there is no need to send the check through the mail.
 
Where can I have my purchase shipped?
 
At this time we only ship to the United States. Deliver usually takes about 15-20 days from the date of purchase to arrive at your home. Delivery charge is $6.99 per carton of cigarettes and all packages are sent by certified/registered mail.
 
Privacy Information
 
We will never sell or exchange your personal information such as name, address or email with any third party. This information is only collect to be able to ship your purchases and conduct your business with us.
 
Claims and Refunds
 
If you have not received your package with in 30 days please contact us by email. When you email please include your order number that can be found on your printed receipt along with your name and address. We will look into each issue personally and provide you with a solution within 10 business days of receiving your email.
